I put this music together about a year ago after I became interested in the therapeutic aspects of ambience and its ability to help with things such as insomnia, anxiety, and depression. I debated on whether it should be released or not because I wasn't entirely sure of what a "good" ambient composition should sound like or consist of. Despite this, I finally decided to stop letting it go unheard and to just release it. This music has been helpful in moments when I've needed to concentrate while also helping me in instances where i can't sleep. I'm hoping it might help others in a similar way.
